Set the goal and don't get distracted

Too many voices

Productivity is what everyone is always trying to improve.  The amount of time I've wasted reading articles about increasing productivity is ridiculous.  And yes I see the irony in it.  The latest productivity hack, the so-called experts are saying now, is that the most productive hour is 4:30 am.  This is where I draw the line and say "get off me bro".  What happened to the so-called experts that say you need a decent 8 hour sleep?  You want me to sleep at 8:30 pm now? Come on.  I say the most productive thing I can do is stop reading and listening to the latest headline grabbing hoopla.  The same can be said for Real Estate.  Many first-time buyers have been sitting on the sidelines because they get caught up with the back and forth of what they hear on the media and sadly are getting priced out of the market.  The best we can do for ourselves is set the goal, and focus on the steps of achieving it.  If your goal is to be independent and own your own property than do not get sidetracked with the latest headlines.  Reach out to a knowledgeable Realtor and work with them in achieving your homeownership goal.  Often times bringing in too many voices can veer you off track, and make your goal out of reach.
