I'd like some amenities with that condo please

Monday may I live in a condo with a lot of good amenities? It's getting chilly outside and with the cold weather comes the urge to stay indoors. Like the bears we tend to hibernate during the winter months but if we live in an amenities filled condo then unlike the bears we have more options than sleeping. Mistakenly many people think the more amenities a condo has the higher the maintenance fees are but this is not always true. Now a days the newer condos being developed are coming with amazing amenities (pool, hot tub, steam rooms, yoga/pilaties studio, state of the art gym area, media rooms) and because you are buying them when they are still new you are getting lower maintenance fees than a lot of the older buildings. Some of the notable pre construction to new condos that are offering great amenities are Imperial Plaza condos with there 20,000 sq ft amenities, The Shores in Oakville with there luxurious amenities facing the lake, Uptown Markham / Riverwalk condos in Markham where child care is being offered.  Those are just a few of the popular Toronto new developments that are offering mind blowing amenities.
